Was our first time travelling to Kerala and engaging Touracle. Arifa attended to our queries and ensured all our objectives were met. Pricing was fair and transparent with no other hidden costs. They were prompt and punctual. They also sent a representative on the first day to give us a goodie bag with snacks/water and to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely engage them again in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended – Excellent Service by Touracle!
We booked a Tempo Traveller from Kochi Airport to Sabarimala through Touracle, and the experience was absolutely outstanding.
The vehicle was ready and waiting even before our flight landed at Cochin International Airport, which gave us great peace of mind after a long journey. The driver was extremely courteous and spoke fluent English and Hindi, making communication smooth and effortless for everyone in our group.
On our way to Sabarimala, we casually mentioned that we would like to visit Guruvayur Temple if time permitted. Without hesitation, the driver gladly agreed and adjusted the plan for us. This flexibility truly reflects the professionalism and excellent training provided by the Touracle team.
Throughout the night journey, the driver ensured our safety, comfort, and timely arrival at the destination. His dedication and responsible driving made the entire trip stress-free and memorable.
The journey ended with great satisfaction and beautiful memories that we will cherish for a long time.
Highly recommended for all tours and travel needs.

Everything was very well arranged, and we didn’t face any issues or delays anywhere. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly amazing for all of us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Kerala Cab Experience with Touracle

We booked a 5-day cab-only package with Touracle for our Kerala trip (Munnar, Thekkady, Alappuzha, and Cochin). The driver was very polite, punctual, and supportive, and we covered almost all the itinerary comfortably. The journey was smooth, scenic, and well-managed. Overall, a stress-free and memorable experience.
Highly recommended for families and couples!

We recently completed our trip covering Munnar, Kumarakom, Varkala, Kanyakumari, Rameshwaram and Madurai. Overall, we would rate the trip 9/10 (excluding the driver experience). When we include the driver experience, the rating unfortunately drops to 6/10.

On the positive side, Tourakle was always reachable, responsive and extremely supportive throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-prepared and on point, and we truly appreciate the coordination and guidance given by the team.

However, the driver experience significantly impacted parts of our journey. Day 2 in Munnar was affected due to the driver’s lack of local knowledge and guidance, which led to confusion and missed experiences. We also couldn’t fully cover the planned itinerary overall due to traffic, time constraints and lack of effective planning support from the driver.

Additionally, on the last day near the temple, the situation at the station became chaotic and we ended up leaving a bag behind. This could likely have been avoided if the car had been parked closer to the temple. While there were times when the driver was polite and supportive, a few key incidents unfortunately affected our overall mood and trip experience.

We strongly recommend providing basic training in communication, local knowledge and food/restaurant guidance to drivers to ensure a smoother experience for future travellers.

Despite these challenges, we truly enjoyed the destinations and appreciate the effort put in by the Tourakle team. With a bit more focus on driver training, the experience can easily be a perfect 10/10.

We recently completed a wonderful trip to Kerala, covering Munnar and Alleppey, and it was an experience to remember! From the serene hills of Munnar to the peaceful backwaters of Alleppey, everything was perfectly planned and executed – all thanks to Vrinda, our amazing trip coordinator, and Aashik from AI Cabs, our skilled and friendly driver.

Munnar – A Refreshing Escape to the Hills:
Our journey began in Munnar, where the cool climate and lush green landscapes immediately made us feel relaxed. We visited National Park,Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Photo Point – all offering beautiful views and photo opportunities.
The endless tea gardens were breathtaking – walking through the plantations was one of the best parts of the trip.

Alleppey – A Houseboat Experience Like No Other:
From the hills, we headed to the backwaters of Alleppey for a peaceful change of scenery. The highlight here was the houseboat cruise. It was a beautiful and relaxing experience:
Cruising through the calm waters surrounded by palm trees and small villages was so calming.
The houseboat was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The crew prepared delicious Kerala meals onboard, and watching the sunset from the deck was a moment we'll never forget.

A big shoutout to Vrinda, our trip coordinator, who organized everything flawlessly and was always available to assist us. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience.

And a heartfelt thank you to Aashik, our cab driver from AI Cabs. He was not only punctual and professional but also very polite, knowledgeable about the local areas, and always ready to guide us with a smile. He truly made our road travel safe and enjoyable.

What an amazing trip to the andamans it was.
It was a short trip but it was absolutely wonderful. Huge thanks to Vrinda for always coordinating, customizing trips according to our needs. The staff at Andaman were good too. Always enjoyed doing business with Touracle. Looking forward to my next holiday. Where to? :)
